Flat bench: 12x140,12x140,12x140

Bicep curls: 12x60, 12x70,12x70

Pec Flys: 12x75,12x75,12x75

Leg curls: 12x85,12x85,12x85

Squats:10x135,10x145,10x145

Deadlifts:12x135,12x13

Tricep push downs:12x90,12x90,12x90

Lat flys:12x65,12x65,12x65

Speed bag for at least 40mins.

Jump rope/alternating between regular and single leg for at least 15mins

double crunches: 20

side crunch:15x40

Stretch before and in between all exercises. 

Yes, Chicken legs. 

Yes, lack of ab work. 

Weak bench.

But I feel great. I don’t lift for size mainly, most for endurance and strength. 

Hot Tub life.
